We collect only what we need to book a visit and do the work: your name, phone number, email, the location of the dock, what you tell us about the job and any photos you choose to text us.
How we use it
- To call you back, book the dock walk and write your estimate.
- To apply for the county permit and book the inspection.
- To keep a record of the work and the test report for your address.
Who sees it
Our crew and office see what their part of the job needs, and the county's permit and inspection offices see what a permit requires. We don't sell your information or share it for marketing.

Ask us at (410) 555-0101 or hello@hoytemarine.com to see what we hold about you, or to delete it once the work and its records no longer need it.
